DazRave Studios is responsible for personal information collected through snatchersgame.com. You can contact us at [email protected].

2. What we collect

When you join the development update list, we store the email address you submit and the date and time of the signup. Our hosting and security providers may also process routine technical logs such as IP address, browser information, request time, and requested page.

We do not ask for your name, date of birth, payment details, or special-category information through this website.

3. Why we use it

We use the signup information to send occasional development news and release information about Snatchers. Our lawful basis is your consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

Routine server and security logs are used where necessary for the legitimate interests of keeping the website reliable and secure.

5. How long we keep it

If you unsubscribe, we stop sending you development updates. We keep your email address and unsubscribe record so we do not add you back to the list by mistake. You can ask us to erase the record entirely through the contact address below. If we erase it, we delete the signup row. A pre-erasure backup may retain the row for up to 30 days, then we delete that backup. Security logs are kept only for the operational period required by the relevant hosting or security service.

6. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or receive a copy of your information.

You can withdraw consent and object to direct marketing at any time. Email [email protected] from the address you joined with. We will send an unsubscribe link only to that stored address, or erase your record if you ask us to. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
