Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Snatchers ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please don't use our Game.

Game License

DazRave Studios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use and play Snatchers for your personal entertainment. This license is subject to your compliance with these Terms.

Game Rules & Conduct

When playing Snatchers, you agree to:

• Not cheat, hack, or exploit bugs in the game
• Not harass, bully, or be mean to other players

Intellectual Property

All content in Snatchers, including but not limited to graphics, code, characters, music, and trademarks, are owned by DazRave Studios. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Purchases & Virtual Items

Any purchases made in the game are final. Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or add virtual items at any time.

Game Availability

We strive to keep Snatchers available 24/7, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to take the game offline for maintenance, updates, or emergencies. We'll try to give you advance notice when possible!

Updates & Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of Snatchers at any time. We'll do our best to keep the game fun and exciting, but we can't guarantee specific features will always be available.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Snatchers if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other players or the game.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Snatchers is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the game will be error-free or that servers will be available at all times. Play at your own risk (but we promise it'll be fun!).

Limitation of Liability

DazRave Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the game.

Age Requirements

Snatchers is suitable for players of all ages. However, if you're under 13, please make sure you have parental permission before signing up or playing.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where DazRave Studios is located, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
